Horn — replacement
Civic
1. Raise the front of the vehicle and place it securely on jack stands.
2. Remove the front bumper cover (see Body).
3. The high tone horn is on the driver’s side, and the low tone horn is mounted on the passenger’s side (see illustration).

B — Bracket bolt for the horn
4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the horn.
5. Remove the horn mounting bracket bolt and remove the horn.
6. Installation is the reverse of removal.
CR-V
7. Raise the front of the vehicle and place it securely on jack stands.
8. Remove the lower radiator splash shield.
9. Reach up and disconnect the horn mounting bolt.
10. Remove the horn and bracket as an assembly.
11. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
12. Installation is the reverse of removal.
