Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor — replacement

1. Locate the MAP sensor near the throttle body, on the intake manifold (see illustration).

2. Remove the MAP sensor electrical connector.

3. Remove the MAP sensor retaining screw and remove the MAP sensor.

4. Installation is the reverse of removal. Be sure to use a new 0-ring and tighten the MAP sensor retaining screw securely.
